Application Scope
1、Dairy products: The addition amount in cheese and yogurt is ≤1.0g/kg, which inhibits the reproduction of mold.
2、Baked products: The maximum use amount in bread and cake is 1.0g/kg, which extends the shelf life.
3、Beverages: The addition amount in juice and carbonated drinks is 0.2g/kg, which is suitable for pH ≤ 5.5 environment.
4、Cosmetics: Preservative in lotion and cream, the dosage is ≤0.6% (calculated as acid).
5、Rubber industry: Unsaturated acid modifier, which improves the weather resistance of materials.
